I booked three rooms. Upon arrival, the first room had an incorrect toilet seat and the refrigerator was damaged. Although the front desk provided some assistance, the situation was uncomfortable. In all rooms, there was no proper furniture to place clothing, the closet was extremely small, and the nightstands were small, made of pressed cardboard, and inadequate. A property improvement plan is needed.

My room had 1 queen-size bed. The walls and the light switch were dirty. The bathroom had a roll-in shower, the tiles were dirty, and the sink was backing up. We mentioned it to the front desk and were told we had to push the stopper to open it. Unfortunately, it was not the push-button stopper; it was the old-fashioned one with the plunger in the back, which did not work. The shower handles were reversed, blue was hot and red was cold. Water There were no closets; the hangers were hanging directly over the coffee maker, and could not be used.

The room was okay. I loved how they cleaned the room everyday. The property was around alot of restaurants and smoke shops which was great. The staff were friendly also. I didn’t like the breakfast options. You guys need more breakfast options like waffles pancakes sausage eggs etc.

Thank you! What really stood out to me was the combination of a spotless room and exceptional staff service. The room was clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel comfortable right away. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. While the amenities were nice, it was the cleanliness and the personal touch from the staff that truly made the stay memorable.

The staff was not available when needed, our tv couldn’t get WiFi. One staff member came to the room to check the tv and said he would come back to the new remote and more towels. We waited over an hour for him to come back but he didn’t so we went to front to get a new remote and towels since he never came back. Had to use my personal hotspot on my phone to watch tv since we couldn’t get WiFi. The shower was not ideal for customer it was only half covered if you didn’t have a towel down on the floor you could slip and hurt yourself. Tried texting the front multiple times and no answer tried to call and same thing. Not a very good stay for us. Rooms didn’t match photos online.
