「It’s ok, but not for the price, …it doesn’t convey a sense of luxury. I have also been to the Ritz Carlton in the same island and for a little more you get real feel of luxury, much better service and attention to details. In summary, I would choose it again if the price was half or less.」

「The place was quiet and nice, the pool area is beautiful. The property sits right on the beach with great activities. The rooms are clean, spacious, nothing too fancy, but still nice. I would recommend staying again. Staff was helpful, restaurant food was good. Taxis available if needed, parking also available for your rental. Thanks Carla C.」

「The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is slightly out of the way, and parking can be a challenge, but the front desk was great at ordering taxis whenever needed」

「The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.」

「This property is pretty much in shambles we were very disappointed with the entire property. Based on pictures from the website it shouldn't have been a problem to walk on the property but due to potholes and uneven walkways it was hard to walk.Room was semi clean. Had to ask for a coffee maker as there wasn't one in the room also had to ask for coffee. We arrived on a Saturday had lunch at the pool bar , went the next day and were told it had closed and would not be reopening , we were sent to...

「The owner was very friendly and helpful. Gave great recommendations on places to eat also. Hotel is located in a fairly central location with a short/reasonable drive to everything. Would definitely stay with them again!」

「First you have to realize they had 2 hurricanes in 2017 that the island is still trying to recover from. Then you need to realize they run on island time, nothing happens quickly. Sit back and relax. Oh and they drive on the left. That one was a shocker to me. All that being said it was a great vacation and I didn’t want to go home.」

「Check in was not welcoming or helpful. Tried to put us in a 3rd floor suite. I paid for a walk out lanai on the beach, on the first floor. Our room was very outdated, not very comfortable. Bathtub jet’s didnt work. Also, bath water was brown/taupe color… Soo disgusting. Some staff at restaurant were not personable, or couldn’t multi task orders. Beach was beautiful and so was the ocean. Food & drinks at restaurants were delicious.」
