「Staff was very nice Parking was questionable- staff had golf carts to transport back and forth from room- you had to calm the front desk to get someone to come or walk inclines or lots of steps depending where your room was.」

「Sandcastle hotel was an awesome place to stay. The front desk personnel were helpful at check-in explaining what was available as far as amenities during our stay. The only thing I can say is the continental breakfast offered at the check-in desk needs an improvement. Other than that, the hotel grounds are pleasant and well manicured.
