「Extrodinary views. A bit of a walk to the beach, but if you like excercise its great. The snorkeling at the beach (and whole island) was phenominal. The bar area was great. 」

「The hotel is modern, spacious and very elegant. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed, new furnishings, a fully stocked kitchenette and a lovely balcony with seating. The service team was extremely friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.」

「I was terribly ill beginning only the 2nd night of our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful with making sure I had anything I needed, including a personal ride to the medical center on the island. While I wasn't able to leave my room to explore on St. John, their hospitality and caring made my stay as pleasant as it could be. For that, I am so grateful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I hope to visit again one day.」

「Grounds were very pretty. Rooms had much wear and tear. I got so many itchy bug bites while there, inside the room and out on the grounds. The itching was/ is awful! I let the front desk know but they didn’t seem to care.」

「A true resort experience. Our suite was stunning and well equipped. The provision store has everything you need and then some. The restaurants have a wonderful selection of apps and entrees (order the sushi at Cardamom) and all the vibes covered. Met some really fun people at the swim up bar! We had such a great time - already planning the details for our next visit.」

「Started with great staff. Bingo and karaoke night is a huge hit and a lot of fun. Great, safe, and perfectly situated on the west end. Happy hour is a great deal, and all the rest of the food we ate was good. Would stay here again, would recommend to others, and super glad we stayed here. We stayed in the Villas, great views, quiet, comfortable. Short drive to our favorite beach Smuggles Cove, and we enjoyed Patricia’s more than Nigel’s. Staff-10/10 Food-7/10, location- 10/10, affordable 8/10.」

「My wife and I stayed in an Ocean Upper in May 2026. It was a very high level resort experience. The grounds are lushly landscaped and impeccably maintained. We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful and has several levels of seating from which to watch the sea and the sunsets. Our room was in great condition and very clean.
