Room was good . Should invest in better pillows. Restaurant should have a better service. Looks like is not enough staff. People waiting way to long to take orders and to pay. Beach is clean . Couple who works there are amazing . They clean the beach ,organized chairs and make sure everyone is happy .

Very friendly staff, room was great. My only suggestion would be a screen door on the porch to keep bugs out. The weather at night is perfect for open doors, property would save money on electricity as well. Not so sure about safety if doors were kept open at night. Just a thought. In general the hotel is very pleasant with a very convenient location.

We had lights that wouldnt turn on. One of mirrors in bathroom light didnt come on. The water was super hot or cold, not much of a happy medium. Restauarant had good food and bar was nice as well

The room was very nice and had terrific view of beautiful beach. The only thing we disliked regarding the room was no place to hang towels and sometimes they forgot to stick room with new towels and bath mat and coffee pods. The food in restaurant was exceptionally good but it took over 1 1/2 hours to receive food. We ate breakfast and dinner there every day and it always took this long. It seemed they were understaffed.

Loved the location and beach front room but the rooms need some serious updating on beds and showers. We got very little sleep the entire 5 nights we were there because the beds were cheap and hard as a rock (could feel springs). My husband has back problems and had the worst time sleeping. For the amount of money this resort makes they could at least upgrade their beds. As for the showers, there are no shower curtains so water soaked the bathroom and there was barely any water pressure which made for a hard time washing and conditioning my hair. I would stay here again but not until they at least upgrade the beds!! Staff was all nice and helpful and got us what we needed in a timely manner especially when we realized our room was not stocked with towels/washcloths!!! I will also add the check in process was LONG and SLOW!!!! Check in time is 4pm. We arrived around 4:30-4:45 to a lobby full of people and only 2 people checking people in. Took almost an hour just to get checked in only to not even have a room ready!! It was a little after 6pm before we even got to go to our room!!

The breakfast was delicious and MG was the best server at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the rest of the servers are not friendly nor in any kind of hurry to get your order and most of them dont smile or even greet you at the table. The bartenders are not friendly unless you're a regular. My Mahi sandwich during lunch was terrible, it was a mahi jerky. Tthe rice/peas are delicious. The drinks are watered down and this place automatically adds 18% gratuity. The rooms look like they started updating them but it still needs more. Not enough drawer space and to many chairs. The reading lights dont work and the bathroom door automatically closes. Add a microwave! The bathroom is well lit and it looks like new. The beach area, is rocky at points but beautiful.

Clean room and great location! Most of the staff were very nice but a bit understaffed. Only thing we had trouble with was our shower. It was either really hot or cold. Food was excellent and loved the beach!

The bartender lady is extremely rude and down right angry and does not belong working with the public. She is not capable of carrying the entire place alone and should not have to. While I understand her frustration and bad mood you should not take it out on the customers. The food was ok but after waiting almost 2 hours for it we were not exactly hungry anymore. The front desk ladies were nice and helped us in any way they could but the restaurant and bar are in desperate need of new management. This place has a ton of potential with the right person delegating operations. Even with the cons I would stay again just for the beach and pool area.

The room was clean. Staff were super friendly. The restaurant at the hotel was HORRIBLE. It was dirty, understaffed, and overpriced for the bad service. We waited for 45 mins before anyone could acknowledge us and another 20 to get our drinks then way later our food. We left the second time when we were seating for 30 mins and no one acknowledged us. The restaurant needs a big makeover from aesthetic to business to service. We would recommend the hotel but not the RESTAURANT. Don’t get us started on the dirtiness of the restaurant.
