「One restaurant for the entire resort is not enough. Also the food wasn’t that good. Beach isn’t swim able. Staff was great everyone was nice. Room was clean」

「We read some pretty bad reviews. I have no idea what they were talking about. We loved the staff, the food was great, the bartenders went out of their way to give you a fun and engaging experience. We met amazing people. The location was secluded and wonderful. Clean and functional. If we needed something all we had to do was ask. Would 10/10 recommend. 」

「Everything is at the sister hotel 15 min walk. 1 min max of hot water in shower and our room did not get cleaned once in a 5 night stay, no new towels or more toliet paper. Room does have a/c though. 」

「Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. You would have to wait and lunge for a chair as people got up to leave. Waited over 30 minutes to receive our...

「The only positive I can give Carina Bay was the beach location and Scott the bartender. Its a shame they claim this is an all inclusive resort. Food options are extremely limited. Very few choices for dinner, with some of the food not being refilled without having to ask staff. They make limited desserts, so get one early before they are gone. Most of my meals were hamburgers at the pool bar. Not what I expect from an all inclusive. They had advertised an Italian restaurant on site but it was...

「Room was clean. Staff kind, the cleaning staff needs to be more quiet before 9:00 in the mornings because everything in the halls echoe, slamming of doors, dragging things echoes, and startles you in your room. Food great! 」

「The cove was definitely beautiful. The only thing they didn’t have like an actual bar where you can buy dreams or food nothing is really close by to this film. I was suggesting downtown. Everything was a little bit further out from this location. They had a very small pool, but the hotel itself was very low-key and cute but I just wish I would’ve booked something closer to downtown.」
