The staff is very rude. Nisha did not greet us when we walked into the hotel she had us standing there for about 7 minutes before she even acknowledge us. When you ask a question they roll their eyes like you’re bothering them. The shower head looked like it hasn’t been clean in months it had mold on it. When it was time to check out the front desk receptionist Nisha once again didn’t greet us but was on her tablet on FaceTime or a livestream. I had to say something to her because we were heading to the airport and had no time to waiting on her. I would not recommend this hotel. The only good thing I could say is that the AC did keep the room nice and cool.

Most of the staff was rude, amenities that were included online was not provided most if the staff not all was rude Leah at the front counter was very nice and helpful also the room had roaches at least the room that was assigned to me I would not stay here again

It's an older hotel dilapidated definitely needs love You can see where it used to be a big hotel but now a lot of empty space where things used to be where the hotel used to thrive I assume

The staff was not friendly at all and the air conditioning to the room was broken. Unbeknownst to me, my room had been switched to another room and I was yelled at by housekeeping to leave immediately. When I went downstairs to inquire they told me I needed to pay the difference for the room and they had no record of me being on the premises. Had it not been for the fact that I was barely at the hotel, I would have left that first day.

Staff were not friendly or considerate. No hair dryers in room and close to impossible to get one. Absolutely no getting into the room until 4:30pm.

This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel feels extremely low-budget and lacks even the most basic amenities you would expect. The WiFi barely works, and the TV doesn’t connect properly, which made it frustrating to relax in the room. The bathroom was also poorly stocked no shampoos or basic toiletries provided, which is something most places include without question. The overall condition of the room felt neglected, and the experience from the moment we arrived didn’t improve things. The check-in process was unwelcoming, and it honestly felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. For the price, this hotel falls far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no other option.

This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. Overall, it is a really great hotel that is easy to get to and close to everything (ferry, airport, restaurants/shops, and my work. I travel every other month for work, and I will likely stay again (if they can heat up the water a little ;0).
