The hotel is old and definitely needs some work. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Liked that a security guard was always on site. Easy to walk for shopping and dining.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before leaving on the ferry for sailing, the hotel is a bit run down and the rooms are dated but the staff was wonderful and helpful with anything we needed. Also we had breakfast the next morning there and it was really good. Its also walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and the Smith Ferry is across the street which is nice and you dont need a taxi. Airport is also a few miles away so very close.
