「Great location near Magens Bay and 12 minutes drive to town. The property has great poolside views and a good coffee shop on property. Also great casual restaurant for lunch or dinner. Room was spacious. I had a room with a loft that was huge.」

「The view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the room is in need of upgrades, and the floors appeared muddy and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Better housekeeping and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience.」

「The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.」

「It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. 「Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. 「St John Inn has an incredible ambiance that makes it a wonderful experience all round. It is tucked into an eclectic part of Cruz Bay that may not work for everyone. It’s a bit on the older side but that’s also what creates its awesome charm & vibe! Karen and the staff are amazing. They will jump to help however they can, on any request.
