Staff was great, the facility was nice and comfortable. Only issues we had was the restaurant/food/drink situation. Buffet was the only restaurant open all week. Their other restaurant was not open at all. Only option for lunch was the poolside bar. Had to wait over an hour sometimes for food with only one or two cooks for the resort. Drinks were good and staff did what they could. Asked for a glass of wine at dinner and was told no…...Had to go to the bar and get any alcoholic drinks yourself. Quite a few mornings there wasn’t much left on the breakfast buffet. When you go to an all inclusive for all you can eat/drink……..it’s disheartening when you show up and it is nothing like what was depicted on the website. Not worth the money spent. We spent way more time off of the resort unfortunately.

Bethany was by far the friendliest and most helpful employee we encountered during our stay. She truly made a positive impression. The view of the ocean from our room was absolutely wonderful, and the beach itself was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues that made our stay disappointing—especially for an all-inclusive resort. The main restaurant was never open during our entire visit. We were able to eat at the buffet for breakfast and dinner when it was available, which still felt limited and if you missed the buffet window you were SOL. One day, after being out on excursions, we returned to the resort to find zero food options available. Room service was not offered, and the oceanside bar had closed its kitchen due to staffing issues. Since the resort is fairly remote, ordering outside food wasn’t practical. After a full day of snorkeling and kayaking, we were understandably starving and ended up purchasing food from the casino. While the casino had its own issues, by that point we weren’t surprised given how things were operating at the resort. Additionally, our room was not very clean upon arrival, which added to the frustration. Overall, while the ocean views and a few staff members like Bethany were highlights, the lack of reliable food options and cleanliness issues made this stay fall far short of what we expect from an all-inclusive experience.

The restaurant was not open ONCE in the 4 days I was there. For already paying for that service and to only have the cheap buffet and a selection of 6 different kinds of bar food, disappointment is an understatement. Complete waste of money. We had to pay for a taxi to go into town if we wanted something other than bar food. Oh and you had to ask for dessert! We had to ask to have food that we already paid for!

The room was clean. We received clean towels daily and the food was good. I would have given it 5 stars and the reason I didn’t was there was supposed to be an Italian restaurant open, if you forgot a personal care item or wanted a snack it wasn’t available. No extra amenities other than the Waves restaurant which was buffet style and the Beach house that served pub food and drinks. The food was good. You really need a car or you can use the hotel shuttle because the place is secluded. We had a good time.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel definitely is understaffed. The food was mediocre and the nice restaurant was not even open the whole time we were there. The staff were a little rude but they are overworked so that could be part of it. I probably wouldn't go back there but if you like to be secluded it is a great place because the closest places to visit are about 25 minutes to an hour away.

rooms are okay, bethany, gregory, and the girl in the coffee shop are amazing and make the whole resort! isaiah is an amazing cook. however, they never had towels, the italian restaurant was closed the whole time we were there, and the buffet didn’t offer much good food. other bartender was very rude and confrontational.

There was not enough staff, they could have used 3 times the employees. They rN out of towels, water, some common alcohols. There was not enough beach chairs. 1 bar, 1 coffee shop and pretty much the same breKfast and lunch daily. Also $50 to go off site for shopping. Beautiful place if it wasnt being run into the ground.

The amenities definitely stood out. All-inclusive matters with the location of the hotel (gorgeous by the way), but the beach front balcony, rain shower and poolside bar were wonderful.

The resort was beautiful and clean and staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. I was expecting to get food or snacks at any given time. However, they didn't have snacks on hand and could only get food when it was meal time. The restaurants were not open at the same time. Other than that. We had a great time in a beautiful place!

Spacious and clean, the basic oceanfront room offers a ringside seat to the lapping waves and warm breezes. The room is big with economy-level outfitting and is perfect for use as a jumping off point to explore the rest of St. Croix using a rental car. Renting a car is a MUST because the label "all-inclusive resort" is an underwhelming reality. Plan on eating out at local eateries as resort has a single breakfast buffet, a single poolside bar/grill, and a single evening dining option. Sunbathing on the beach, swimming in the single pool, kayaking and snorkeling are the extent of resort amenities. Using this as a beachfront hotel room with some "bonus perks" is better than expecting an all inclusive resort. Stay here. Rent a car. Make your own adventures. Don't rely on Divi Carina Bay Boutique to serve up your adventures.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and nice quiet area to relax. Food in the Italian restaurant was mid, but the breakfast buffet was great as well as the food from the bar. The bartender Bethany was amazing as well as the bar cook!

Not what an “all inclusive resort” normally is when you don’t have any type of room service whatsoever ever. You shut down all food at 945pm and all drinks at 1030. So after basically 11pm you have no access to ANYTHING except the bottles of water in your room as the “resort” is 30 plus mins away from anything else. Oh and you can’t find a ride either for that matter. Staff members are very rude. I did enjoy Liz, Greg, Louisa, Scott, and the young lady that only works on Saturday and Sunday I cannot remember her name. Only good thing about the “resort”
