Amazing views in every direction and centrally located. The shared bathroom was clean and large. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious too. I would visit again!
The staff was super nice. Our room had obviously not been cleaned well but it wasn’t horrible. The power was out for like 2/3 days which isn’t their fault really but was awful to go through. House keeping just didn’t come some days. Pool was nice and there are some chairs by the pool. Breakfast was super basic- bagels, muffins, cereal, granola bars but we enjoyed it. Seems like a small family owned business which I would rather support than the big corporations but not having any back up for the power made me rethink that. There is a super cute cat, caption jacks, he was friendly and hung out on the deck while we ate breakfast and was walking around a ton which was nice as cat lovers.

Liked: Cleanliness
Very nice people. Rooms with beautiful view. Only downside is all the stairs.
Property was very quaint, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the amenities were appropriate for the property. The pool was small but very nice providing a view of the hills surrounding St. Thomas and overlooking the town itself. It was within walking distance of just about everything that we wanted to see. The room was small, not posh, but very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for in our breif layover in St. Thomas and we will be back when we can spend a little more time exploring the US Virgin Islands.

Liked: Cleanliness
The pool is large enough, with a great view. It could use a rail, but has a nice patio surround. Parking is very tricky and nearly impossible during weekdays.
We had an amazing few days during our stay. The views are to die for, and there’s tons to do within walking distance. The service and experience is highly personalized. Truly felt at home while being able to lay back and enjoy a quiet couples retreat.

Disliked: Amenities
It’s was an okay stay. The air worked just fine when there was power being that they run off solar panels, the parking was a little struggle one being on a hill and also other business parking in the same area. Again it was not horrible the location was perfect just too man steps just to get to your room and the parking.
The Galleon House is so quaint and authentic, that we wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else! It is definitely a hike up a hill of steps, which fits into the location perfectly. The room was clean with a great balcony, air conditioning, adequate amenities for an island getaway, perfect options for continental breakfast with nice strong coffee, a refreshing pool, beautiful flora with lizards and a kittie mascot welcoming us each morning, a great central location, and very helpful, wonderful staff. Our favorite aspects of the room included a comfortable bed and pillows and a fantastic shower. We found the tile comfortable and water flow so refreshing and superior to many large chain establishments. This gem is truly an island experience that we will cherish!

Stairs were tough. Power went out very dark. People were very nice
Cute property! The hotel was run by a young woman named Saida who was welcoming and spared no expense to ensure that guests had an enjoyable stay. From the moment on check-in, to room cleanliness to preparing breakfast she stayed on top of it all!
i loved staying here it was very peaceful and relaxing, the front desk staff was so nice and helpful when we needed ideas on where to go. Next time we stay in St. Thomas i’ll be staying here!
Parking was challenging. It was many steps to walk up and the entrance was difficult to locate. The staff seemed crabby and everything was in a mild state of disrepair. On the other hand, we were given a room with a breathtaking view, and we enjoyed the adventure. It was fine for the price!
.
Staff was amazing!! The people who run it are genuine good people who will take care of you. They really look out for their guests and know the island like the back of their hand. Highly recommend staying with them!!
