「Love The Inn at Christmas Place Clean rooms , breakfast great, staff friendly and helpful.」

「I will come again」

「Great location for our trip to Dollywood!」

「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」

「It's pretty good in the scenic area. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic.」

「Exceptional place. I have stayed in some great places, for example The Gaylord in Nashville. This place was by far much better. Enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend the breakfast buffet.」

「Hotel was clean. The staff was so friendly. It's in a great location and within walking distance of main street in Gatlinburg.」

「Loved the location and atmosphere. The floors in the room were not extremely clean but beds and bathroom were clean. Mattresses were a little hard. Staff was amazing!! Definitely would stay again.」

「The place is clean and very well maintained. The staff inside was helpful and friendly. Parking outside is terrible, no directions on where to go. The driveway was full of cars waiting. The outside valet was rude and yelled at my daughter while she was in the vehicle wanting her to move it while she couldn’t. I was waiting in line to check in for 15 minutes. Not sure I’d be back, shouldn’t treat guests this way !!!! Been to a lot of hotels and this was a first really bad...
