Seems like there are lots of places to go, shopping selections and restaurants were plentiful. We liked the nearby distillery called Old Glory for a special meal. The roads were very busy at all hours, so you have to be in your guard.

Clarksville has a nice Riverwalk area when the weather is nice closer to the old town section. I have family there, but everyone always seems friendly when I visit.

Theres a good bit to do around the city. Plenty of mom and pop places to support local businesses. The Target there is perfect.

I was only here for the third time to have Thanksgiving with my neice and nephew. Too cold, narrow roads, hills, and drivers with no courtesy, and driving too fast for conditions.

We had a GREAT meal at the Black Horse! When we come back through we will time our drive to have a meal there again, but we will choose a different hotel.

We found a great little Korean restaurant, Dae Bak Chophouse. I know we will be returning there the next time we are in town.
"All the staff was so friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing and fresh and delicious. The sauna was perfect for relaxing after being on the road for so long. "
"The girls at the front desk were very nice, even though it felt like the air conditioning was not working in the Lobby. It was hot and humid outside as well as in the Lobby. My room was cool and clean. I felt sorry for all those in the Lobby. The little old man mopping the floors had his entire shirt soaked through. Gotta love the staff that will keep on working regardless of the situation."
