"Room was very nice and large. We noticed lots of dogs with families. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The late evening check-in staff was the only one who wasn't. No microwave in the room and that's a big disappointment for us. We like to bring back dinner leftovers and reheat for snacks later. The only complaints we had were the towels weren't soft, thick and fluffy. They were a rough texture."

One thing that was frustrating was the extra taxes added at check-in, which we weren’t expecting. We ended up only finding the taco place on our last day, even though we had walked past that area a few times. It would have been helpful to know what was available ahead of time. Nothing about the stay really stood out in a way that would bring me back, and next time I’m in Nashville, I would likely try a different hotel."
