「Mini fridge was leaking on the floor. Housekeeping was not daily. Server at the restaurant was awful, forgot some items in our order, did not refill the drinks. Front desk staff not that helpful at night. Walls were very thin so it was hard to sleep. 」

「Outstanding room and location, and great to have available garage parking. A few things dropped this stay down a star. First, the parking was advertised as $29/night when I booked. When I arrived, they said the price was raised to $40/night, even though their website still had the lower price, which was an unpleasant surprise. Also, there is only one elevator, and I often had to wait a while for it. Overall, I'd probably still come back due to the excellent location.」
