「The pool was green, breakfast consisted of dry cereal, stale donuts and waffles. The doors didn’t look like they had seen any cleaner in months, the rim of the sink had a brown film around it and the corners of the bathroom floor had a nasty brown crust, a previous guest’s used towel was left in the bathroom. The staff was rude, my son and his family had to be moved to two different rooms before getting a working A/C.」

「We stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a lot of options -- my wife is gluten free and she found plenty to eat including oatmeal, though was the same both days and I imagine it could get old if you stay several days. Only issue was they had a sign for sourdough bread but it wasn't actually sourdough. The person we spoke to said she kept hiding the sign but others kept putting it out. Location is great, short drive...

「The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... It is just a big surprise after booking. So thank you Expedia for finding this place... but you should refund the...

「Great staff, friendly and helpful, in addition to a lovely room set up. Very clean and wonderful breakfast every morning. We visited on a time change, so the free coffee in the lobby all day was marvelous. The location wasn't scenic, but was wonderful for shopping, movies and eateries. Very close to the highway, so traveling was convenient and also close to parks and serenity. I'll be back!」
