「Very nice clean comfortable room. We got in late, left early- so did not use amenities. Breakfast is not included. All luggage carts had flat wheels- which made winding on carpeted hallway to room very difficult. No staff available to help.」

「Stayed with friends and we had fun. Hotel was clean, location was great, breakfast was okay. We spent time outside and poolside which was nice but there was a strong smell of propane that hopefully they figured out as we did tell an employee.」

「Everything was great. The room was really clean and I am pretty particular. My room had a decent sized refrigerator which came in handy. The fitness room was decent as well.」

「The “renovation” is poor. Curling wallpaper, old dirty looking carpet and dark elevators. The HVAC will keep you awake and everything happening in the hall sounds to be through a megaphone .. startling noisey.」

The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation」
