「Not clean at all requested a smoke free room because my wife is pregnant, the room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, no shower curtain, the room reeked of cigarettes and their was burn marks on the comforter. We requested a new room or a refund and they said no so we left. 」

「Room itself was clean but certain areas were in need of maintenance and basic cleaning. The coffee pot is located in the bathroom:/ The door on the backside of the building does not require a key card and was not locked when we returned to our room very late that night. Someone could literally walk straight in from that door and go straight up to the floors. The lack of security at that entrance was bothersome to me. 」

「Property is is a beautiful mountain setting. We were greeted warmly and the process was smooth and swift. 」

「We were greeted promptly and courteously. Our reservation was in place as we expected. That part was fine. But our room was simply unacceptable. There was an odor in the hallways that smelled stale. Unpleasant. But finding food (crushed poptarts and raw pasta) in the drawers was gross. But even worse was when we found food crumbs in the bed. The room was in need of a big upgrade. Quite frankly, we will not be back when we are in the area again.」
