「Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.」

「This property is in poor condition. There is no gym, and the photos are outdated. The hotel appears run-down, with insufficient staff. There is black mold throughout the hotel, despite it being marketed as a non-smoking property. Trash cans were overflowing, and the entire hotel has a strong, unpleasant odor. The Continental breakfast was disappointing, with expired food and moldy bread. I am still awaiting a response from Expedia management regarding my complaint.」
