I stay at Hampton Inn’s fairly frequently so compared to the other locations I was disappointed with this one. There is a huge draft in the elevator. Felt like at least 10 degrees colder. High top chairs in the common area were falling apart, literally!

Perfect and spacious room. Lovely bathroom, quiet, great location. Nice sitting area, it had everything we needed and more. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Staff was very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast options were hot, wonderful and definitely plentiful. Fresh cookies were placed out in the common area every evening and fruit was available all day. We felt like welcomed, almost as if we were staying with friends! Will definitely come back!

I always stay at this hotel whenever I am in town visiting family. Very convenient location, tons of stuff to do around it. Hotel is always super clean. Although, I usually love their breakfast, but this time it was not that good and the cooks did not keep up with refilling the food so two times we had to sit there and wait awhile for things to be made again.

There were no coffee cups so could not have coffee with breakfast. Our shade would not go up. None of the trash cans had bags in them so awkward.

Needs a littld work

Checked in but the next morning, they could not find me in the system to check out. The girl that "checked me in" was not friendly at all. The A/C unit in our room was leaking so much the carpet was completely soaked all around the unit and it did not work very well. The plus side, breakfast was very good and was hot. The bed was comfortable and lots of hot water for showers.

Pro: The beds were not saggy & location is convenient to hospital Cos: It’s very noisy. Hard to exit to main road. Next y to Waffle House and Crystals and a lot of folks hanging around smoking etc. Broken glass at main entrance by Waffle House . The staff tries hard and keep the interior clean but all furniture is old and torn. Rooms need paint. A strong sewer odor from bathroom which they tried to address and it worked for one day then came back Instead of duvet their comforter are sheet wrapped so it all comes apart while you sleep ie you are not covered with a washed clean comforter ( I doubt they wash them after each guest) It’s time to remodel
