Room was very clean, staff was very nice, bed was super comfortable!!! There was coffee in the morning. The lobby was decorated for the holiday. There was a restaurant and store within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

I like that the room was spacious & clean. Could have used a good dusting to remove cobwebs from lampshades and window drapes. I did not like that the microwave had no power at the outlet nor the outlet on wall below and to the left on microwave. The room was extremely cold (ac was set on 63 degrees) & had a musty odor..Other than hair dryer there were no other amenities & the swimming pool was not open. For the price roughly 75 dollars , I was not expecting much more than a place to sleep for 1 night. I would not return for more than a 1 night stay.

To start with I just want to say, the staff we were working with were great. We checked in a little before 3, however, Our room wasn't ready, the cleaning cart was outside with no one in our room, 3:45 still the same, cleaning cart, no person. Later, the clerk offered us another room, I had book 2 queen beds, but she gave us 2 doubles. The non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke and the floor and curtains had cigarette burns. The beds were clean but uncomfortable. 2 larger adults in a double bed. Charged same price for that room as what we booked. I was very disappointed but grateful we were only staying one night.

The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but you can hear the people.
