「We have stayed here many time but this was the first time that they didn’t change our bedding and we stayed for 7 nights! Our towels and garbage was done daily. I was very surprised it didn’t get done. Other than that everything was good!」

「All staff went above and beyond. Especially kind and ensured our baseball boys were stocked with an amazing breakfast bar.」

「The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke.」

「The property is filling in the pool with cement or some kind of drit or sand. It is an out door pool that isn't going to be used with the why it looked to use cause it looked like they was filling it with something.」

「Great basic stay, clean room, pleasant staff- woman at night was so sweet and accommodating. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but could have been worse so all in all it was a great experience!」

「The hotel is obviously an older property, however it has been recently updated. The hotel was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs perfectly. We had no problems at the location, it was a good experience. We have family in the area that we travel to see a few times a year. We will continue to use this hotel in years to come.」

「No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. 」

「Waited 30 minutes for staff to check in no one came so we left to go eat dinner. Came back and waited 5 minutes for staff to come out of office to check in. Pool was closed ( one reason we booked). Breakfast was ok. Muffins were hard, eggs bland so breakfast was ok. Shower pressure sucked! Room was nice and comfortable but got hot in middle of night.」

「The main lights didn’t work at the door. There was roaches crawling on the counter top and in the sick in the bathroom. Comb under the bed mattress that looked like it had been there a while. Floor had dirt all over. Very unclean. Person living in the next room over had pets. Did not stay refused and received a refund.」

「The room was dirty. I spilled some water and when I cleaned it, my towel was black. At check-in the staff so so loud inside the lobby that I had to ask the receptionist to repeat her questions to me. There was no coffee/tea maker or even plastic cups to drink from. There was a huge spider crawling around the bathroom sink. This just wasn't a good experience for me. 」
