「Dirty」

「Most of the things in room were either badly damaged or didnt work at all. Couldntvadjust temp on air cond because the button was missing to adjust temp. Light above sink didnt work. Handle for tub felt like it was going to fall apart soon when i tried to use it. Tub looked terrible. Should have been thrown out long ago. Frig was the only thing that worked good! Definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone but it was cheap however.」

「The room had a smell and decor dirty. Elevator door inside and out of was not clean. The breakfast was horrible, the only thing that was decent was the waffle. Juices watered down and breakfast serving dishes were tore up. Shower had stains and stopper in bottoms of tub was broke. Vent hood broke and had dirty fingerprints on top of ceiling around the vent hood. Overall, I would not return.」

「So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels. The morning of check out the breakfast was bad. There was no gravy and what was left at 8am was water in a broken...

「Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and HVAC worked well. The breakfast was among the very best we've ever had at any hotel. The two negatives were no availability of a microwave even in breakfast area and no make up mirror in the room」

While in the city for work I needed a much needed quiet night of rest to recalibrate and the front desk staff was extremely patient, communicated well, and updated me on their hotel perks and policy. I am planning to return soon. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.」

「The room was very spacious and had a couch, desk, king sized bed, large dresser, big screen TV, small cabinet outside the bathroom w/sink, area to make coffe and microwave and fridge. Had a nice breakfast area. Staff was very personable and helpful. My only complaint was the showerhead is very high up in the bathroom and difficult for short people to reach. A hand held shower piece would be helpful! Highly recommend!」

「We had a quick stop over to see the Grand Ole Opry and chose Spark for the proximity to the Opry. We were traveling with 10 of us and all of us enjoyed the cafe space for a quick microwave meal. The staff was very helpful with everything. Beds were fantastic. Highly recommend」
