「Our room was amazing; very large and comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning is probably the best breakfast I have ever seen served in a hotel; plenty of hot items and items for health conscious people. 「Staff remembered us from our last visit 」

「We are Nashville residents, and stayed (me, spouse, two cats) in this hotel for three days during the winter storm when we lost power at home. Pet friendly hotel, most of the guests were other displaced Nashvillians. Dogs everywhere. The hotel staff were AMAZING. And the hotel waived cancellation fees in view of the emergency, which was a huge stress reducer, allowing people to make reservations for enough days without worrying that they would have to cancel and pay the fee when power came back...

「Great location, the shuttle to and from Broadway was amazingly convenient. Only issue we had (for a brand new hotel) is that there was one elevator basically permanently down, and a guest broke the other one so we had to take stairs for a couple hours until it was fixed, but that was just for a few hours (and I only had to climb once)」

「We came down for a hockey game for my birthday and the hotel was perfect. Took us 6 minutes to walk to the arena, and if the weather had cooperated was right next to the Broadway post game activities. Will definitely be staying here again next time. 」
