「Clean room, nice adjustable shower head, nice bath exhaust so not tons of steam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is nice, but very small space to maneuver. No residual smoke lingering in halls or rooms like some converted smoke free hotels. Enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable.」

「The front desk hung up on me when I called to ask a question. The check-in was difficult, and the room was disgusting. This hotel did not feel safe either. It was also much further away from destinations than stated. I requested a refund through the property after sending photos of hair and stains on the beds; however, they refused to work with Expedia to issue a refund. The hotel will also charge a $250 security deposit upon arrival. Do not stay here, my family left due to the unsanitary...

「I got a room that is full of the smell of cigarette, the first day, I can't not sleep at all, at last I slept in my car. The second day, I switched a room.」

「The property smells and there are air fresheners throughout to hide the smell. In the elevator there are chemical burns on the ceiling from the air fresheners. There are multiple rat traps around the property outside. But worst of all my husband and I also gotten bitten by bed bugs. Do NOT stay here!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!」
