「Great !we like the view of the ocean 」

「We had a wonderful stay ! It began with check in- we were able to be let into our room early as we had arrived early and were hoping to be able to get changed to go down and use the pool with our two year old. Eric at front reception also had heard it was my daughters 2nd birthday celebration and he sent up a little treat to the room for her. We also ate breakfast on site and had Nicholas as a server - he was fantastic, very very sweet! We had a wonderful experience and stay!」

「Room cleaning is only if you stay 5 days or more. No towels are brought again. It wasn’t super clean. Felt muggy especially for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again. Unless is the last option. I like the kids water park and water from restaurant.」

I booked an OCEANFRONT room and paid the corresponding price, but we were placed in an OCEANVIEW room, which only had a partial view of the beach. 「I really hate to write this review because I stayed here several times before and had quite a different experience. Stayed in room 4430b, a 2 bedroom villa where we didn’t sit on the couch because it smelled like urine. I alerted the front desk and was told they would have someone steam the couch but no accommodations were made for our stay. The carpet also needs to be cleaned. 「The condition of the room, the ceiling was was peeling, the balcony was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The doors were dirty. The outlets in the room didn’t work some of them. You have to take your own trash to the dumpster no breakfast that was advertised. But the people who worked there were very nice and very pleasant.」
