Hotel grounds are beautiful with good trails nearby. Beds are very comfortable, room is nice. Breakfast was OK, but for an upscale hotel, the breakfast should also be more upscale. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Positive experience at Hartness. Clean, comfortable. Feels quite private, nice fitness center and pool, relaxing outdoor spaces, decent breakfast, excellent service. We really enjoyed the stay at Hotel Hartness. Arrived in evening after hike at Caesar’s Head. Very refreshing shower and pool after hike. 20 minute drive to downtown Greenville to walk around! Breakfast included was delicious! Tea Forte teas were a special treat. Morning bike ride on complimentary bikes and wake up swim!! Very refreshing!
