「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「We had a wonderful stay, the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had a lovely selection and tea and coffee served at the table was a nice addition to the buffet. Dinner in the restaurants was also enjoyable and reasonably priced. We will definitely return and highly recommended this hotel. 」

「The resort is very good which has excellent view of beach. There couples of restaurant that can choose and food is average. Little distribution on electricity cut in midnight, that quite disappointed. But overall is good and worth. 」
