"I had an amazing stay at San Karlu! The location is perfect—just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the main bus stop and close to bars, restaurants, and the main square of Veleta. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I especially want to thank Florianne, who was so helpful with recommendations and guidance on using public transport. The hotel itself is spotless and offers great amenities. The swimming pool was a highlight—perfect for cooling off in Malta’s heat—and there’s a bar and food service if you feel like lounging by the pool all day. Breakfast was lovely, and overall, the experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, this is an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. It offers convenient access to the Three Cities, Sliema, and the Gozo ferry terminals. Key attractions like St. John’s Co-Cathedral, the lively Republic and Merchant Streets, Grand Harbour, Upper Barrakka Gardens, Triton Fountain, and the Valletta bus terminal are all within walking distance. Popular spots such as Mdina and Marsaxlokk are just a short drive away. The rooftop provides stunning views of the Carmelite Church dome and Fort Manoel.
