「The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. 「Das Westin Dragonera war eines der schönsten Hotels in dem wir jemals waren. Das Personal, der Pool, das Essen, die Lage hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und großzügig, der Balkon mit Meerblick war wunderschön. Das Personal war ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Pizzeria die zum Hotel gehört das Palios kann man hervorragend essen und ist sehr zu empfehlen.
