「Very helpful staff, clean suit, good location」

「Excellent stay highly recommended! The hotel was absolutely perfect: very well located, exceptionally clean, and extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and felt welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to the entire team, who were incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal for exploring Malta and enjoying Sliema. We are leaving with wonderful memories...

「Overall it was a nice hotel and a decent stay but the experience fell a long way short of what we were expecting for the price point and the reputation.The main reasons being to help other travellers: - The check in experience,no human being is capable of telling you what room number you’re allocated and you’re left to download an app and wait for it to appear and the staff were extremely robotic and unhelpful throughout the stay -Needing to book everything including a sunbed at the pool...

「It was wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the room was great! I stayed during a very hot week and was pleasantly surprised by the free water bottles in the room. Unfortunately, you only receive them the first day, but there is a very convenient water station in the hallway. The pool area is very nice, although the water was a little too warm that week and it didn't really cool you down. Breakfast is good, you have a lot of options to choose from. Only small remark is about...

「My friend and I booked a one night stay here in between cities. But initially we struggled to get a hold of reception. At first it looked fine but the floors were dirty, there was hair clogging the sink, and the tub was dirty as well. Also there were some kind of bugs in one of the beds because my friend was bit multiple times. Overall I would not stay again and I am disappointed with this overall experience」
