We had to carry our cups down to reception to ask for replacements. They replaced towels and made beds, but would move around our things and a bracelet went missing. 「Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in.」

「Found this hotel in YouTube. Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. 」
