「The hospitality of all the staff were excellent. They made us feel at home and the vibe was very welcoming. Special thank you to Gherlyn and Suraj who made our Anniversary dinner unforgettable and to the staff at the reception who booked us at the restaurant - Le Bistro, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. The foods served that night were luscious. The room, what can I say? It was always clean and immaculate. Kudos to the staff who was assigned in making this possible.」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...
