「Great stay, service was very slow but we got the impression that was just Malta. Great suite. Mokka bar food was terrible for a 5star hotel, should scrap the menu and start again. Would absolutely return, just not eat in mokka bar. Pool area would benefit being hosed down on the evening.」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. 「We really enjoyed out 5 nights stay. The room was spacious and well finished. The pool area is beautiful. The food is amazing and the staffs were nice and helpful. The only thing I would suggest needs looking into is the slight off smell in the bathroom.」
