「Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and...

「Clean room. Beautiful sea view, including a park and beach. Delicious breakfast buffet, great 24 hr staffed front desk, 10 minutes by car from the airport. Also quick ride by bus (Malta Public Transport). 12 ride shareable bus pass just 19 euros, can be bought right in the airport. Highly recommended.」

「Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Novotel Sliema. Allerede ved ankomst ble vi møtt med smil og en varm velkomst. De ansatte er utrolig snille, hjelpsomme og hyggelige, og de gjør virkelig en utmerket jobb. Servicen vi fikk gjorde oppholdet ekstra spesielt, og det er nettopp derfor dette hotellet har blitt et sted vi gjerne kommer tilbake til. Vi kan absolutt anbefale Novotel Sliema og ser frem til å bo her igjen.」

「We stayed in a sea view suite, plenty of space and fantastic views of the Grand Harbour entrance. The shower was excellent and the room cleaning was done to a great standard. Breakfast was well organised with plenty of choices of food. The bar area was always popular in the evening and live entertainment was available on some evenings. The spa was a great bonus although the steam room and jacuzzi were not as warm as I would have liked. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. 」

「I enjoy the stay at the hotel. My room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Staffers are nice and friendly. The bus stop to Valletta and airport is just situated in front of the hotel. San Julian's is within easy reach, say 5 to 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets and quality resturants are easy to get. Malta is great.」

「Our room and shower were very spacious, clean and comfortable with a sofa for extra comfort and enough hanging space for clothes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ample options at breakfast and a bar with more dining and snacks. There are restaurants in the area, however it’s not central but there are busses nearby. 」
