I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, brand new hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with a really lovely atmosphere throughout. The location couldn’t be better - close to bus stops, a large supermarket, and plenty of great restaurants, which made exploring so easy and convenient. What I appreciated the most was how the hotel became a place I genuinely looked forward to returning to after a full day of sightseeing. It’s perfect if you want to unwind, whether that’s relaxing in the spa or pool, or simply enjoying the comfort and calm of the rooms. I also really appreciated a water refill station, which is a great sustainable touch! A special thank you to the entire team and management for making my stay so memorable. Every member of staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and with care, which made a real difference. The attention to detail truly stands out, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into creating such a great guest experience. Thank you again, and I wish you all the very best for the upcoming season! I would absolutely love to come back!

Ho soggiornato qualche notte presso questa struttura. Molto ben curata e pulita. Camera completa di tutti i comfort, anche con i prodotti da bagno,super (non scontato), letto comodo, servizio impeccabile. Colazione buona ,nulla da dire Il personale sempee disponibile ad aiutarti ,gentile e sorridente L'unico suggerimento che posso dare é coprire i salumi e alcuni cibi con le apposite retine di protezione, per evitare l'arrivo di.piccole mosche su di essi . Per il resto super , ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

Room was spotless Staff were great Facilities great Breakfast great Facilities suck as gym was ok Pools were ok Sauna was great Room was quite dark especially the bathroom Bathroom needs small shelves to put toothpaste plus utensils on Room 207 with balcony faced a major roadway coming into St Jillian’s thus noisy motorbikes etc All in all was very good Would I stay again … yes however ask for a room that faces the front same side as the entrance

Wir hatten das Zimmer „Deluxe with Bathtub“ gebucht. Leider war es sehr dunkel, mit Milchglasfenstern und dunkler Einrichtung. Nach Beschwerde erhielten wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer mit Terrasse, was schön war. Allerdings lag dieses direkt an der Hauptstraße, die Fenster waren sehr schlecht isoliert – extremer Lärm die ganze Nacht. Auch hier war das Badezimmer komplett schwarz und schlecht beleuchtet. Das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung. Bereits 1,5 Stunden vor Ende gab es keine Eier mehr. Für uns inakzeptabel – wir sind auswärts frühstücken gegangen. Das Personal war bemüht, sprach Englisch, jedoch oft schwer verständlich. Beschwerden wurden stets mit dem Hinweis entschuldigt, dass das Hotel erst seit drei Monaten geöffnet sei. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht.

Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est plutôt correct et bien situé, avec de nombreux services et commerces à proximité. Cependant, pour un établissement affiché 4 étoiles, je pense que le niveau de prestation correspond davantage à un 3 étoiles. Concernant la propreté, elle est moyenne. Les serviettes ont été changées, mais les draps n’ont pas été renouvelés durant 6 jours, et ni le sol ni les poussières n’ont été nettoyés régulièrement. Le personnel est globalement sympathique, à l’exception d’un monsieur âgé présent au restaurant le matin. Je ne connais pas son rôle exact, mais il demande systématiquement notre numéro de chambre et adopte un regard insistant. J’ai eu l’impression d’être observé pendant tout mon petit-déjeuner, ce qui était assez inconfortable. La piscine chauffée n’a fonctionné que deux fois durant mon séjour. Le problème le plus important reste toutefois le bruit. Pendant 6 nuits, je n’ai réussi à dormir correctement qu'une seule fois. Dans la première chambre, une machine faisait énormément de bruit. On m’a ensuite déplacé au premier étage, côté rue, et j’avais l’impression de dormir dehors tant on entendait les conversations et les bruits de la rue : l’isolation phonique est très insuffisante. La dernière nuit, un souci d’éclairage m’a obligé à changer une nouvelle fois de chambre vers 23h ; c’est dans cette chambre que j’ai enfin pu dormir un peu, jusqu’à environ 2h du matin. Je tenais à vous faire part de ces retours afin d’améliorer la qualité de votre établis

Hotel nuovo in una posizione comodissima. Stanza perfetta, completa di tutto e pulizia giornaliera impeccabile. Colazione ricca di varietà di dolce, salato e frutta. Ottimo servizio in tutto.
