「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「Schönes Hotel, unser Zimmer war ebenso schön, wie auf den Bildern. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reinigungspersonal ordentlich und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Essensauswahl reichlich und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam beim nachfüllen und Teller wegräumen. Ein gelungener Urlaub,vielen dank dafür」

「Pros: * Good breakfast, you can even sit outside to enjoy the view. * Great to have free access to the spa/gym in Corinthia hotel. * Good Wifi. * With a balcony overlooking the bay is nice, it's cosy to sit at the balcony in a sunny day in winter. * Check-in process is pleasant. You can even see the welcome message with your name displayed on the TV in your room, pretty cool. * The first room we got is spacious (as it's on the edge). Cons: * Found out the A/C heating function is not...
