Staff, specifically manager, were terrible. The entertainment staff were excellent. The food was very blah, not what I would expect from a high end hotel. The on tap wine was gross. Will never return.

All excellent only we were all inclusive and at checkout we could not keep our wristband on to eat lunch or snacks which was unfair as we were entitled to the lunch which we did not eat on our first day of arrival

The staff were not nice, there was no water in the room despite booking an all inclusive, not even complimentary water, the food was just the same, no variety. We booked their Asian restaurant and there was no special fried rice, no prawns, just one basic white rice. It was awful. staff was very unfriendly and biased, our flight was in the afternoon, Check out is 11am, which is ok, I don’t mind but what I mind is the fact that after checking out, you are not able to have lunch before leaving, despite booking an all inclusive. They insisted on cutting your wrist bands off with a scissors. To be honest, I have travelled a lot and this has never happened to me. I was surprised, they wanted me to pay €35 to have their miserable lunch. I was really pissed. We went there as group and they ruined our trip with their unprofessional attitude and non-flexibility whatsoever. Very poor customer service.

Comfortable room, lots of eating options at the hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Would recommend staying here, very clean communal areas. Lovely roof top terrace plenty of comfortable sun beds.

It was very clean room, staff are very helpful/kind. Just sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. I reserved 4 single beds room but actually 2 single beds and one double sofa bed. Not suitable for 4 adults at all.

Das Familienzimmer ist ein Schimmelhimmel! Schwarzer Schimmel im Bad und überall im Zimmer. Ich hab echt geheult als wir das Hotel gewechselt haben, weil ich einfach nicht fassen konnte wie man uns mit kleinen Kindern in so ein Zimmer einquartieren kann. Die Zimmer auf den oberen Stockwerken sind neuer und noch Schimmelfrei. Alle Anlagen wie Pool waren viel zu klein für so ein riesiges Hotel. Parallel war das Programm nie aktuell, weil irgendeine Sekte ihre Retreat Woche dort hatte.

First off...the location is good with wonderful views if you get an ocean view suite. If you get an inside room, especially on a lower floor...forget privacy. Our major problem is the rooms are WAY overpriced. We had a 10th floor suite, and within 1 day, had to move out because of sewer gas smells in the room were so strong we couldn't sleep there (Room 1052 - avoid at all costs!). Then we moved to room 469 for a night so they could attempt to fix the other room. We were told they fixed the smell issue in 1052, but since we moved out, we couldn't return because that was an upgrade! After arguing forever, we were told we could move back to 1052. They fixed nothing! They deodorized the shower and luckily we were departing early the next day because the next morning the sewer smell was getting stronger! Anyways, they also need to change up the breakfast buffet....almost always the same bland foods. We make multiple trips to Malta each year...we will avoid this hotel from now on and make sure our friends know of the issues also.
