Great location great hotel
"This is our third time staying here. The price is great, the rooms are large enough for our family. You can walk across the street to China town. Walk down the block to the harbor park area and visit an old passenger ship, you can walk to all the homes built in the 1920’s. The hotel is in the perfect ..."

"I liked where it was located. However, it's confusing to find. When you get to the building it's located in, you need to find your way to the fifth floor via the escalator and then they have elevators that take you to your hotel room. Don't try to use an elevator first or you will be led to office spaces. But the rooms themselves are quaint and nice."

"Situated right by the Yokohama harbor with beautiful scenery from the room, the hotel is first class in service and most other aspects. You have a large shopping, dining complex right next to the hotel, the Queens Square. The subway and JR railway station both in walking distance. Upon check out, the bell boy remembered my wife wanting to purchase pastry the day before but was sold out, and he brought some for us to eat on our way to the airport! Really excellent customer care. Must stay, not the cheapest but worth every yen."

"We loved this place that had an amazing view of Lake Ashi and the surrounding mountains. The food was of very high standard and it was a treat to have an onsen tub on the terrace! Togendai, which is a few minutes walk, is a station for bus, boat and ropeway and is convenient to explore the area. The hotel’s shuttle bus from Odawara station was useful too. "

"Cleanses, bath amenities, friendly staff & location.
It's close to the train station, has a inconvenience store, a couple of restaurants in the same building.
I would love to stay there again when I go back again hopefully soon!"

"I'll let others know how terrific this place. Talk about convenience, there's shopping across the street, train stop around the corner, amusement and so close to the base. WOW, just terrific. Now I understand why getting a room here is so difficult."
