「We have stayed here several times. Unfortunately this visit was not as good as previous. There were issues with noisy guests above us. The place had an odor and communication was difficult with a few of the front desk guests. The beds are small and not that comfortable. There is a main control for the AC which they wanted to set at an unusually high temperature; it would also switch down/off at night. 「The property is in the heart of China Town with plenty of choices for food and entertainment, most of which open till very late. It’s also within walking distance from all the tourist destinations in Yokohama. It’s a great spot for pre-cruise accommodation if your embarkation is at Osanbashi. Communication with staff is prompt and courteous. Highly recommended for families with children or teens.」
