「Room with kitchen is very nice and the staff who checked in for us speaking fluent English and was patient. It’s 1-2 minutes walking to the subway station and 3 minutes walking to the convenient store. 」

We used the washer/dryer daily (which was HUGE for a family with small kids), and loved the kitchen amenities. 「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes. The location of the hotel is good; around 10 min walk from Isetan department store. There’s a bit...
