The staff was incredibly patient with my friends and I. They even held our bags for us after check-out so we could explore a little longer before our flight! Also, despite being so close to subway tracks, we were able to sleep very well and couldn't hear the trains at all! I would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

"This is a nice hotel. The rooms are small, but well appointed. A lot of thought was put into making everything fit. There is a small refrigerator. Not a queen-sized bed, just a standard double.
