「We can't wait to stay here again.The staff was very good. Housekeeping was fabulous! I havent had this service in a hotel in so long and this staff superb. The room was cleaned so quickly and I loved the turn down service.」

「The view of the ocean was the only good thing about my room. The air conditioner didn't cool, no coffe pot,refrigerator didn't work,broke ice machine,stayed on 9th floor one elevator broke also could have had a microwave per request found out last night there. The only good thing about stay was staff Kat and Ernest. If I could have stayed in the lobby would have been amazing very disappointing paying well over 300 a night. I will never go back to the Tides again.」

「First, if you like sleeping past 7am, I would book somewhere else at least until the end of 2027. They are building a Four Seasons next door. Second, whoever designed the bathroom should be fired. There is one small glass panel on the shower that does not stop water from getting all over the floor. It is clearly a slip risk, especially for older people. Apart from that it was fine. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room, but it was easy to pick up from downstairs. Beds were...
