"I enjoyed our stay but the facility was outdated . Restaurant was running out of stuff but staff was awesome. "

"Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Our room was spacious and attractive, and the property is quiet and peaceful. One suggestion would be to add a second chair and maybe an end table in the TV viewing area in our room because there is a nice amount of space for two people to sit. The location is within easy drives to Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. We stayed four nights and enjoyed out time at Onsen Hotel very much. We did not use any of the spa services, so I can't comment on those. "

"They need to find a pressure washer and clean the sidewalks and walkways. Filthy. I don't think the elevator has ever been cleaned. Nasty and it is the first thing you see if you aren't on the first floor. The rooms seemed clean, a bit outdated but ok. The pool and spa's were wonderful. The STAFF was the best part of the hotel. The restaurant was ok too. "

My camper was comfortable and functional and I appreciated the quick walk to coffeehouses and restaurants. "Love the vibe of this unique desert oasis. Low-key, relaxing, hospitable. Lovely cafe and unique bar. Pools of varying degrees complete a relaxing spa stay. Rooms comfortable and pool views with balconies sublime. Love the immaculate grounds surrounded by palms."
