Summiting San Gorgonio Peak at 11,503ft elevation, the highest in Southern California, 17.7 miles, 5,849ft elevation gain. A tough and challenging hike with steep inclines, a lot of switchbacks but awesome views and trails. Not for the faint of heart. An intense hike that can prepare you for Mt Whitney!!⛰⛰

#jenkslake was such a beautiful place to spend the evening! There was hardly anyone there at the time and sunset created the most colorful reflections on the water. It’s not too far up hwy 38 and it’s incredibly easy to get to.
