「The location is just fantastic. Thameslink, overground and underground are just within 2-4 mins walk. 4 supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Though the building is old, it is clean and tidy. The bathroom is newly renovated. WiFi is strong. When comparing to the price, it is competitive. We will surely recommend it to our friends.」

「They were not there to let us in! Stood out in the sun for 15 minutes while someone drove back to let me in. This was around 2:50pm. Check in is from 2pm. Curtains were moldy, bathroom sink tap falling off. The room door had a very simple lock & didn't feel very secure. There were clean dishes on the dresser but no food offered (to my knowledge?). Cleaning staff was very friendly, others not so much.」

「When we walked into the room, I was really pleased to see that it was just as you see in the photographs. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was really nice too. It was well decorated and had plenty of storage for our clothes, as well as an iron, hairdryer and coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned while we were out for the day. So we came back to a fresh room. 「Everything about the stay was first class, I can’t fault it at all. The food in the restaurant was fabulous, the cask ales on tap were good and in this day and age the price of the room was very competitive. I would definitely stay there again.」
