Good location near a bus stop. Room was basic, but clean. Owners were pleasant to correspond with and allowed us to pay extra for early check-in when we first arrived. A really nice large park across the road quickly became a favourite place for us to go!

It was so amazing, the staff cleaner was so polite and humble. Bathroom was upstairs according to the price it shout have been attached but although, it was nicee.

Great property.

It was a great experience, on an overnight stay. The property is clean and the room is spacious. The beds are comfortable, we all had a good night sleep and felt well rested. We had everything we needed in the room. Plenty of parking space. Definitely booking this place again the next time I need an overnight accommodation.

I had a good room sufficient furniture, good lighting. The property is well served by buses and has adequate parking. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and easy to find.

We have stay here before, we did have a room in the front. We asked to moved and they were very good so we moved out the back .Would come again as we near the railway station to go into London. Very happy with our room and the host 😊

Perfect overnighter before morning flight.

Our stay here was a last minute decision to take the stress out of a morning long haul flight and it was perfect. Booked on Christmas day and still received immediate and helpful responses from the owner. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of off road parking. After we left the owned called to say that we had left a wallet in the room and he very kindly posted it to my home address. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use again when flying from Heathrow.

Was working nearby and stayed for 1 night.clean room with good shower facility.has ,microwave,kettle.it was a little cold with heater off but maybe ok on other warmer days.Small fridge also present.Would stay here again if required.

Satisfactory, comfortable

Quite easy to find, good set up, and nice room/space for family. Clean and comfortable beds. No kitchen but didn't really matter for one night and was a shared toilet with other residents so a bit of waiting around but knew this from the booking so not a criticism. Shower didn't work though.

The property was set back from the road with ample car parking more multiple vehicles. Access was well organised - buzzing the owner to gain access to the room key - and the room was sufficient for our needs (double bed and 2 singles). We couldnt get the tv to work, but it wasn't a necessity for us so didnt ask the owners

I stayed here for one night in triple room and the overall experience was below average. The room was not properly cleaned and there were hairs on the bed and in the bathroom (i took photos of them). The beds were very uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep properly whole night. The bathroom was smelly too and i had to spray my perfume in order to lower smell coming out to bedroom. The only plus side was the check in process and staff. I check in process was smooth and Venn was a kind guy who guided me the directions to the property. Overall, I would say that property needs a bit of maintenance and perhaps a change in cleaning standards.

Reasonable stay near Heathrow
