「Work retreat organised a few months ago.. Absolutely flawless check in, staff went out of their way to make our stay fun and memorable. Beautifully renovated with old and new features. The spa area was so refreshing. Would highly recommend booking the suites as really good value for money as all extras including spa access are included. You also get a private living space including an outdoor shared hydrotherapy pool which is great for a large group or family.」

「Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. A wonderful memorable stay will go again definitely!」

「I had travelled up from Bournemouth on the evening of 16th June to the Aubrey Hotel. The hotel was very well known to me, because I had lived in Hemel Hempstead for many years. And the hotel's reputation had always been good. When arriving in the evening i was unable to find a parking place. The car parks were full and other visitors had parked all over the place. The road on entering the premises was very poor the road had large pot holes and cracks in it. And because of this I had to block...

「Beautiful surrounding. Hotel property is ok. On the first day at the reception I was given a room that takes about 6 minutes to walk,I went with 2 suitcases up a steep hill till the hotel area.the weather was really really hot.was not offered for someone to give me a hand! Then 1 flight up no lift.came there was exhausted as hell.no a/c in the rooms only small fan.did not sleep well 3 nights.in the morning 7.50 a.m working was going on on the roof really loud noise..so could not enjoy some...

「The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was...
