"I’ve stayed at many of hotels, and I have to say this particular hotel, and its particular location is on the top of my list. Friendly staff, rooms are definitely efficient enough for a family of 4. My only complaint, I only seen ONE elevator. That was a little mind boggling. Regardless, I still give this hotel 5 STARS all day. I’ll be back soon! "

"Love the made to order breakfasts. The breakfast area has lots of stations and room to move people through quickly and efficiently. Staff in all areas were extremely friendly and helpful. Kids loved the glass elevator, open hallways to atrium, pool, etc. Rooms were nice and large with space for quiet times (nap) with still space to sit. Managers special was really a neat touch...the kids and adults thought it was cool to have a reason to explore the hotel for drinks and snacks. "

"We chose this hotel for the closeness to Cleveland Clinic. It is a nice hotel. Only issue I had was the bed was too hard for me. But my husband thought it was perfect. Was a little bummed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. "
