「The rooms were pretty and clean. The grounds were gorgeous.」

「The location is great and love having a streetcar stop right outside. Room was clean and the downtown views are awesome. The rooms are very basic (even a bit more so than some newly constructed/renovated lower tier brands) and the whole property is a bit on the dark side. It’s due for an update but until then the price has tended to be pretty reasonable for the location (paid 350 all in for two nights over Memorial Day weekend booked a month in advance).」

「We chose this hotel because we stayed there a year ago and had a really nice experience. The valet was so convenient and having a Starbucks in the lobby made grabbing the morning coffee a breeze and didn’t have to find another coffee shop downtown before meetings began. Now the hotel has new owners-valet and Starbucks gone but this was not stated anywhere while booking. The front desk was 24 hour service.
