「Upgraded to a premium room at no cost and without request, which was appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk manager sent me a text the day after check in to make sure everything was going well and to ask if we needed anything. I love the location in central downtown near virtually everything you'll need. I'm sure we'll be back again in our next visit to Cincinnati.」

「Room was very clean. Hairdryer wasn't working informed front desk and they unfortunately didn't have a spare. But was assured it would be fixed for the next guest. Pool and hot tub get 4.5 stars out of 5. No towels, brought mine from the room and it's time for a ceiling repaint. Breakfast was great. 」
