「The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.」

「Recently renovated and very nice.」

「I’ve now stayed at this property twice both times we had issues, but this most recent trip was inexcusable. firstly due to a booking error on Expedia’s part (or so they say) we got a standard double room instead of a king suite, and when I asked about the possibility of a price difference, they said that all of their rooms were the same price which I have a hard time believing. Secondly, on our first night we noticed a room and I thought that that is where the ice was so I went to take a peek...

「The place carpet was all duty in a smell weird」

「THERE WAS NO PROPERTY!! When we arrived the hotel was CLOSED. vacated, empty, and nobody said a single thing to us about it. we were very fortunate that an adjacent hotel actually had a room for us. how is it that Expedia didn't know this property was closed and abandoned and didn't bother to tell us about it? better take it off your list of places for Canton, Ohio so other travellers don't face this situation」
