Upon entering the lobby the staff was EXCEPTIONAL! They are very friendly and accommodating! The rooms are very clean! I was so impressed with the staff that I came back a week later after my first stay after my flight to and from Akron- the check in staff made me feel at home and welcome! The staff was OUTSTANDING!!! So friendly and welcoming!!! The room was spotless. The wings at the restaurant were the best I ever had. My only problem was the highway right outside my window. Sam at the desk gave me a noise machine which helped. The location was extremely convenient. I recommend for early flights!
